MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
I had a fruitful Christmas yesterday and my sis gave me 2007 Diary and two cute PIG pens and a PIG nailclipper! it was CUTE!! thanks sis!!

my parents brought my sis and i to vivocity to celebrate. we watched Charlotte's Web and it was very touching and meaningful. Wilbur was ADORABLE and endearing!!! Charlotte, voiced by Julia Roberts was wise and a very, very true friend and i admire her lots! I bought new jeans and shorts. we ate a HUGE lunch at around three and we went to a furniture shop near my house cos my old cupboards' gonna collaspe and the delivering man is coming today.

anw, school's starting soon and i'm half euphoric and half down in the dumps. 2007's gonna be a long yr ahead.

Debbie's aunt sat on her rocking chair, knitting a sweater. it was light pink-Debbie's favourite colour and it was going to be a birthday present for her niece. It was late in the evening -the sky was a deep shade of azure blue and the tall building that face her tiny, potholed house was lit up in Christmas lights in a spectrum of rainbow colours; Debbie's birthday fell on the day after Christmas. There was a smell of the Christmas season around the corner. The deep musty smell wafted into aunt's button nose and as she stifled a yawn, she let out great, deep sigh. The wrinkles of age were etched deeply on her forehead and the side of her eyes; age was catching up with her....

The little girl pressed her button nose up on the frosted glass window. The bustling street was packed with people-mothers were walking hand in hand with ther children, some of which who were licking cones indulgently and playfully, some young kids were piggybacked by their fathers and although the girl was meters away from the street, she could almost hear all the laugter, the hint of euphoria. She shut her eyes and pictured herself playing volleyball with her father, window shopping with her mother, it seemed so real, so sharp, so great! Once she opened her beady and innocent eyes, a gust of sunlight flowed into her eyes- she was still trapped in this dingy and musty place with no love, no kinship, friendship, no compassion. All was an illusion... The mere thought of having a family drifted away like a cloud in the vast azure sky, never to be found again. The shadow of a little girl, standing brave, tall and innocent.

She gently lifted her nose from the window, pulled the woollen knitted sweater tightly to her shivering body, a very precious gifte, from her beloved aunt, an aunt who had a special bond with the little girl, the aunt who was so compassionate, so endearing, so motivational, the aunt whom she treated as her very own mother, the aunt who loved Debbie as much as a real mothr would.

My sis helped me find this cute picture and i decided to make some minor changes to my skin. i am beginning to like precious moments and so my mum got me the 2007 calender etc; and i am still looking for other collectibles.

The holidays and passing very quickly and soon, a new year is around the corner. have been lazing around at home for the past few days and i have not gone out shopping for long. i guess we will be able to go to shop soon cos my family usually does loads of clothes shopping etc. during the new year period. my sis got herself a new tote beg when she was shopping in jurong point and i am wanting it so badly. :( oh well, i guess i have to be happy with the bags i have. my sis is also wanting a new wallet badly and we haven't been shopping for quite a while.

*sigh* i wish the holiday would not pass so quickly. oh well, there are pros and cons. anyway, i am getting kinda bored at home so i guess i am sort of looking forward to the new year when school reopens and the set of new challenges ahead.

Sry that I haven't been posting for long. Been rather busy these days! I woke up early at seven today cos i could not really sleep. AHH...

Next wk, I am meeting my relatives in Fishermens' Village in Paris Ris and I am looking forward to it, although it is a bit troublesome cos we have not been there before and Paris Ris is kinda far from my home and besides, we just met not too long ago.

On 8 Dec, I went to Jingyi's b'day party! (: it was also my cousin's b'day! The party was fun, we played rather weird games like dancing in plastic, and fixing some pictures in a block tha tJingyi made. Isabella and I managed to fix it. The party wasn't really ordinary. We watched loads of TV, ate loads of junk food- pizza, ice-cream, chips, chicken, etc. Jingyi and her friends tried a board game and Shuhui, Isabella and I was not very interested, so we jut watched the TV. Then we went downstairs, blah blah blah... Then Ka Onn arrived, we watched a movie, blah blah blah.

Anyway, I am so excited, cos today there is Star Awards!!! (:
